About the role

Do you have experience in a corporate recruiting role, where you’ve not only hired great people, but also facilitated recruiting process improvement initiatives? Do you like a dynamic environment where you can contribute with great ideas to improve candidate experiences or other processes? As a Recruiter within our team we offer you room for initiative; you are going to run your own show.

You manage the entire recruitment process from beginning to end : from the stage of identifying needs, locating potential applicants via various sources such as social media, to interviewing and offering positions to qualified applicants and closing successful hires. You will also collaborate with managers and recruitment personnel to develop improved talent acquisition strategies. Ultimately, you will maintain and improve our employer brand, ensuring that we attract, hire and retain people who contribute to our company’s growth.

Your Tasks

  • Work closely with hiring managers in various departments to define recruitment needs and develop and execute effective sourcing and recruitment strategies
  • Create and publish job ads
  • Together with your team, you optimise and design our recruitment processes and observe modern recruiting trends
  • You act as a sparring partner for colleagues and management and advise proactively on candidates and market developments
  • Manage candidates seamlessly through the interview process; set expectations, provide thoughtful feedback, negotiate and close offers
  • Coordinate on- boarding process
  • Contribute to broader Talent initiatives and programming around employer branding and talent acquisition

Your Profile

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you should have experience with full-cycle recruitment and great communication skills, you know how to attract and hire the best possible talents.

  • Ideally, you have a degree in human resources with a focus on recruiting
  • You have a successful track record recruiting and filling assigned roles at varying levels of seniority
  • You are familiar with job boards and search engines, have experience in active sourcing and enjoy working with professional networks
  • You enjoy and are interested in optimising processes
  • Your way of working is characterised by proactivity, independence and assertiveness
  • You thrive well in a fast paced, dynamic and forward-looking organisation
  • You have excellent communication skills in English and German, Dutch skills would be desirable
