We are looking for a Head of Corporate Facility Manager (m/f/d) for our brand-new office in Venlo, close to the German border in the Netherlands and the other loctions in BE, FR, DE and IT.


  • Management of all Facility Management (FM) relevant topics, such as
    • Building & inventory management
    • Building services & energy supply
    • Safety & occupational health
    • Environmental protection & sustainability
    • Cleaning & waste disposal
    • Casino & meeting services
  • Technical and disciplinary management of the FM team
  • Resource planning for in-house and external services
  • Coordination and control of external service providers and the installations
  • Make sure all FM related activities meet all legal and internal requirements
  • Planning and coordination of all maintenance measures
  • Budget controlling
  • Optimization and restructuring of FM terms and topics
  • Identifying, analyzing and implementing cost reduction potentials
  • Responsibility for energy efficiency and energy management
  • Organizing trainings (e.g. safety, first aider, forklift driver)
  • Stakeholder for all FM projects

Your Profile


  • University degree in facility management or engineering or comparable education or qualification
  • Several years of management experience and leading teams with international projects in facility management
  • Strategic thinking, structured way of working, good organizational talent with a high servicelevel
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • German and Englishskills. Dutch is nice to have
