Facility Coordinator (m/f/d) Fulltime

About the role

As Facility Coordinator, you are responsible for a daily coordinating role within our brand-new building where the head office and logistics warehouse of Shop Apotheke Europe are located. You are the point of contact for maintenance work, and you coordinate facility activities with internal and external staff to create an optimal work environment for all colleagues. You are part of the Facility Team and report to the Facility Manager.

Your Tasks

  • You have a coordinating role towards our suppliers of office supplies, office furniture, packaging, internal transport equipment, and security & maintenance
  • You plan the work of our Associate Facility employees
  • You are responsible for the deployment, guidance and monitoring of suppliers
  • You take care of facility purchasing (within the budget and/or agreed contracts and you independently negotiate on contract agreements)
  • Daily management of facility-related complaints, wishes, questions and malfunctions (handling tickets)
  • You work closely together with other team members of the Facility Team.

Your Profile

For this position, it is important that you can react and act quickly, maintain an overview and set priorities. In addition, you should comply with the following description:

  • You have a relevant education (for example MBO/HBO Facility management or Hotel Management)
  • You have several years of experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of and experience with contract and supplier management
  • You are not afraid to take initiative
  • You have good communication skills
  • You are flexible (no 9.00-17.00 mentality)
  • You can work with MS Office such as Word, Powerpoint, and Excel
  • You have a good command of the English and German languages
