  • You are able to feel into customer's roles and to validate assumptions on customers concerning their experience.
  •  With your customer-centric and digital background you are able to understand and work on digital pharmacist strategic projects.
  •  You are applying bird perspective to many different opinions and viewpoints and abstract them in easy ways.
  •  Profound Stakeholder Management: being able to feel stakeholder's positions and to negotiate.
  • Writing and communicating of requirements and business concepts with pharmaceutical background with a technical touch is your key element so that they can be understandable by business and technical partners.

Your Profile


  •  You have a degree, ideally in business administration with a technical or health-related focus.
  • You have already gained at least 2-3 years of professional working experience within business analytics (best case in the pharmaceutical/ medical field). 
  • A strength is your strong Project Management skills and the ability to constantly switch between topics and complexity.
  • You are a communicator & networker with an empathic way of understanding stakeholders needs to resolve & balance conflicts in a decisive manner.
  • An independent way of structured working, high communication and negotiation skills and an agile mindset.
  •  You are fluent in German and a very good language level in English.
