- You manage and optimize existing assortments and identify new assortments for our Italian online store
- You develop category structures and identify new trends
- In order to push sales for our Italian market, you develop assortment strategies with the help of market insights in close cooperation with our Country Management
- You identify new sources of supply in close cooperation with our purchasing department
- You optimize processes and do your utmost to improve the shopping experience for our customers through service optimization, a broader product range, strategic pricing and assortment availability
- You plan and coordinate marketing activities in close coordination with our departments Country Management, Online Marketing and Purchasing
- You analyze relevant categories and marketing KPIs, create detailed reports and derive recommended actions from them
- You have a degree in economics, business administration and/or a comparable professional qualification
- You are a passionate "doer", team player and lateral thinker, decisive and with the ability to quickly implement new ideas
- You have already gained e-commerce competence and relevant professional experience in category management or a similar field
- Additional knowledge of the Italian pharmaceutical and/or beauty industry is considered as a plus
- You bring a strategic mindset and strong analytical skills
- Your working style is characterized by independence and you have a high-quality standard in your work
- You speak Italian and English fluently
